Delivery Information

We are based in Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, which situates us perfectly to deliver to the recipient in all surrounding areas within East Dunbartonshire.

Orders can be taken for next day delivery, with delivery charges starting from as little as £3.00.

We deliver throughout East Dunbartonshire, and all surrounding areas including Kirkintilloch, Bishopbriggs, Cumbernauld, Lennoxtown and Springburn.

To avoid delays with delivery, please ensure that you provide us with correct information, included the full name and address and  postcode of the intended recipient, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Products will be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday on your preferred date.

Only specific delivery times will be taken for such events as funerals, Weddings and corporate events. This can be discussed upon placing your order.

To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least two working days prior to the preferred delivery time.

Whilst we agree to use all means possible to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date or during the delivery period, in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible, in such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or reimburse your payment in full in.

In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as hospitals, funeral directors, airports, hotels, and other business locations, the signature of any authorised person can accept delivery on behalf of the recipient, which will be accepted as proof of delivery.

Please note that if recipient not longer lives at the delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if the flowers or products are not returned by the receiver.

If there is no one available to accept the delivery, or we are unable to leave the items in a secure location, we will leave a card at the address for the recipient to contact us to re-deliver the order.
